1) Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the destinations enabled at checkout. If you don’t see your country listed, it means we’re not shipping there at the moment.
2) How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. We currently offer:

3) How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are made on demand and then shipped.

4) Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.
5) Why does my order say “pre-shipment” or not updated yet?
Sometimes carriers take a little time to scan packages into their system. If it hasn’t updated after 48 hours, email us and we’ll help.
6) Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because items are produced on demand, changes/cancellations are only possible if the order has not entered production yet. Contact us ASAP with your order number and we’ll do our best.
7) What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If something arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We’ll review and arrange a replacement or solution.
8) What if my package is lost?
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or appears lost, contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update. We’ll open an investigation and advise next steps.
9) Do you accept returns?
Because products are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, changed mind, etc.).
However, we will help with damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
10) Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We don’t offer standard exchanges due to made-to-order production. If you’re unsure about sizing, please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
11) How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. Measure a similar item you already own and compare it to the chart for the best fit.
12) Are your products made in France?
We work with a professional print-on-demand fulfillment partner Printful. Items may be produced and shipped from different facilities depending on the product and destination.
13) Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are set by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
14) What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., card, digital wallets, etc., depending on what’s enabled in your Shopify settings).
15) I didn’t receive an order confirmation email—what should I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, email us and we’ll resend it.
